Paid-rider list
Each person appears once, even with multiple weeks or final-balance payments. Linked paid riders are selected by default; unlinked or ambiguous paid records are flagged for your review. $0 holds, unpaid checkouts, cancellations, and applicants are excluded.
One-tap composer
Email opens your mail app with everyone in BCC. Tap Send there to dispatch. For private texts, tap Text beside a rider to open their individual prefilled SMS/iMessage. The portal deliberately doesn't blast everyone or reveal their phone numbers in a group thread.
